Does your home have a repair that requires immediate attention? Do you have no water or raw sewage in your basement? Homeowners can receive funding from the City of Buffalo for repair of a verified emergency condition such as an inoperable furnace, faulty electrical service, broken hot water tank, removal of a hazardous chimney, or a break in the main water or sewer line.

Do you have a leaky roof? Funds are also available from the City of Buffalo for repair of a severely deteriorated roof where it has been verified that water is entering the home.
