Heart of the City Neighborhoods Plans Rehab Project

Heart of the City Neighborhoods, Inc. plans to rehabilitate five houses on Whitney Place in Buffalo this winter. The houses are located at 178, 197, 198, 245, and 251 Whitney place and have been vacant for over five years.
Stephanie Simeon, Executive Director at Heart of the City Neighborhoods, would like to start a block club for this section of Whitney Place to involve community members in the rehab project.
Heart of the City hopes to purchase more houses on Whitney Place to continue the rehabilitation project.
